When you start a conversation with us — through the chat widget on our Site, our booking calendar, or a lead form we run on a third-party platform such as Facebook — we collect:

Our Site uses a live chat widget provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). When you open it, it stores an identifier in your browser so the conversation survives a page reload, and it transmits what you type — along with any name, mobile number, date of birth or message you give it — to us through LeadConnector’s systems.

The chat widget is the only place on this Site where we ask for a mobile number. There is no contact form on the Site that collects one.

3. Tracking Pixels

3.1 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) on our Site. This is a small piece of code that collects data about your interactions with our Site to:

  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns

  • Track conversions (form submissions, page views)

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to the notice shown where you give it, we may text you about your enquiry, your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and — where the notice you agreed to covers them — our offers and promotions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

There are two places we ask for this consent: the chat widget on this Site, and the lead form we run on Facebook and Instagram. Meta hosts that form inside its own apps, so it has no public address of its own — its exact wording and screen captures are published at Meta instant form opt-in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier rather than by us. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full programme terms are in our Messaging Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. This exclusion applies to every category of sharing described in section 6 below.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our Site and reach you — LeadConnector (HighLevel) for chat, scheduling and messaging, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting
  • Advertising Partners: Meta, Google, and other ad platforms for remarketing and analytics
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Mobile information is excluded from all of the above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile numbers reach only the subprocessors that deliver our messages, and only so that they can deliver them.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
